January 1: 30 minutes stair mill, level 7, rolling hills setting & 30 minutes elliptical, level 10, random hill setting
January 2: Off – birthday!
January 3: 20 minutes of yoga for runners & 7 miles on the treadmill in 64:50
January 4: 20 minutes of detox yoga & 60 minutes elliptical, level 10, mountain setting
January 5: 30 minutes of power yoga
January 6: 5 miles on the treadmill in 46:50
January 7: Off!
January 8: 5k in 28:40; 15 minutes elliptical on mountain setting, level 7; 15 minutes stair mill on rolling hills setting, level 5
January 9: 60 minutes Yoga for Weight Loss via YogaDownload.com
January 10: 20 minutes Morning Flow #1 via YogaDownload.com, 4 miles on the treadmill in 37:37, 20 minutes walking at 3.5mph on 3.5 incline
January 11: 2 miles in 19:31; 30 minutes on the elliptical on level 7, mountain setting; 10 minutes on the stair mill, 1 minute at level 3, alternating minutes at levels 4 and 5, 1 minute level 3
January 12: 5 miles in 47:13; 10 minutes walking at 3.5mph on incline 5
